Terms And Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Sudbury Mini-Cabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you are indicating your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.
1. Definitions
In this agreement, "Sudbury Mini-Cabs," "we," or "us" refers to the company providing the service, while "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 To ensure your punctuality, you are responsible for allowing sufficient time for your journey. This applies to all airport transfers where timely check-in is required for your flight. Sudbury Mini-Cabs will not be liable for any delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or if you are not prepared for collection at the scheduled time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that, regardless of the child's age, a child is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should make this request at the time of booking.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Sudbury Mini-Cabs provides a quotation based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude VAT, and any applicable VAT charges will be added. We reserve the right to amend the provided quote in the event of substantial changes to the specified itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period following the stated landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this period will be subject to our standard waiting rate. While we make efforts to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is essential to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Sudbury Mini-Cabs of any discrepancies will absolve us of responsibility for any subsequent delays or expenses incurred.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made using cash, credit cards, or debit cards.
4. The Service
4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. A cleaning charge may be applied if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by any passenger.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.
4.3 All children in the vehicle must be appropriately restrained according to their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are not authorized to transport more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance regulations.
5. Cancellations
5.1 In the event of a booking cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel a vehicle after it has been dispatched, a charge based on the distance and time covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation will apply.
5.2 If you have booked through our online booking system and cancel before the vehicle is dispatched, a cancellation fee may be levied on the initial payment.
6. Liability
6.1 While Sudbury Mini-Cabs strives to ensure timely arrivals at your destination, we are not liable for losses resulting from factors beyond our control. Sudbury Mini-Cabs will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter classified as unenforceable under applicable laws.
7. Termination
